We recently returned to Bad Romance Bucharest on a Saturday night in late June 2026 to see how the club had evolved since our previous visit, and we’re happy to report that it remains one of the most welcoming lifestyle venues in Romania.

The club really came to life after 11:00 PM, when the crowd grew to well over 100 guests. The atmosphere felt lively without becoming overwhelming, and the music throughout the evening was excellent, creating a fun dance floor while still allowing people to socialize comfortably.

One thing we especially appreciated was the warm welcome from the owners. They’re genuinely friendly and take the time to make newcomers feel comfortable. If it’s your first visit, they’ll happily give you a tour of the club and explain how everything works, which makes settling in much easier.

At the entrance, each guest receives a numbered wristband that also works as the key to their locker. Any drinks ordered at the bar are added directly to your wristband, so there’s no need to carry cash around during the evening. You simply settle the bill when you leave. During our visit, the entrance fee was 100 lei per couple. Drink prices were somewhat on the expensive side compared to local bars, but the convenience of the cashless system worked very well.

One detail worth mentioning is the club’s layout, which is spread across four floors. The basement houses the changing rooms and secure lockers, allowing guests to store their belongings before heading upstairs. The ground floor is the social heart of the venue, featuring the bar, dance floor, and the main gathering space where most conversations begin. On the first floor, you’ll find a smaller lounge area along with several lockable private rooms and glory hole option. The top floor is reserved exclusively for couples and can only be accessed using your wristband. This level follows a no-clothes policy, with guests wrapped in towels while their personal belongings remain safely stored in the lockers. Upstairs you’ll find three spacious playrooms along with bathroom facilities, creating a relaxed and intimate environment reserved for couples.

If we had to mention one downside, it would be that smoking is permitted inside the club. While this may not bother everyone, as the night progresses the smoke can become quite noticeable, even for smokers themselves. It’s the only aspect that slightly detracted from an otherwise very enjoyable evening.

Overall, this recent visit confirmed our original impression. Bad Romance continues to offer a friendly, well-organized, and respectful atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for both experienced lifestyle couples and those visiting a swinger club for the first time.
